"The apartment is quite large, with lots of light and some quirky design features - multiple choice lighting, unusual layout etc. It was perfectly located, less than a 10 minutes walk to both Victoria and Sloane Sq tubes. It would have benefited from a little more minor conveniences - salt/pepper/oil/sauces/tea/sugar etc. There was a lack of cups/glasses but the owner responded very quickly and dropped off some brand new Habitat crockery and glasses. "We had an awful experience with our stay. The description of this apartment is far from reality. We had to go up 4 flights with 8 luggages. The apartment was full of spiders, the bathrooms leaking water and extremely small, the bed for my daughter was hard and extremely uncomfortable she could not sleep, there were many lights not working, there was no plugs in the bathroom to do our hair. We left one full day earlier because of this inconvenience."
