"The service is 10/10! The owner and his employees are extremely friendly, helpful, and kind! The only difficulty is there is no elevator and 4 levels of rooms, we were on the fourth floor but they took our luggage to our room and brought it down for us, which was really nice. They explained how to get the best deal using public transportation, filtered water was available in the lobby, a shampoo/shower gel in the shower, and the linens and bedding were clean. Location was amazing! 2-3 min walk to paddington station and walking distance to Hyde park. Cute neighborhood, lots of pubs and cafes. The lack of elevator was the only down side but the staff and location made it totally worth it. We would stay there again for sure! The price doesn’t include air conditioning but that is 10 pounds a day, the window opens I think in most rooms and the weather was beautiful so we didn’t ask for it, but just good to know. "

"Walking distance from Paddington station - tons of food options around. Every different from North American hotels - no elevators or AC - rooms and washroom are small. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I suggest they get better fans. Breakfast was good - includes eggs beans waffles toast cold cut meat cereal and drinks. "

"Great hospitality! Our room was very clean and the staff was very courteous and accommodating! The hotel is located in a very quaint and safe neighborhood and only a ten minute walk to Paddington station and five minutes to the 94 bus. Highly recommended !!!!!"

"Tea and coffee facilities are available in the took. The beds were clean and comfortable and the bathroom was well maintained and clean too. Just around the corner is Paddington station and lots of places to grab breakfast or lunch. "
