We loved our stay at The Pilgrm!!! Staff was extremely kind and helpful. The whole vibe was super cool and we loved the food at the restaurant. also and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier!!

The property was clean and tidy, and very convenient for Paddington Station. Unfortunately no tea or coffee facilities in our rooms. After reading the finer detail in hotel info this was mentioned. I also noticed we should have been provided with water bottles upon arrival but this didn’t happen and we had to ask for them.

Cute small hotel with close proximity to Paddington Station. A bit quirky with crazy access to rooms - even using the elevator there are several stairs and fire doors to contend with. The small rooms are really small so not great if you have a lot of luggage. However I really lovely this hotel and there is a nice coffee bar in the entrance hall.

Very cute, clean, nice bathrooms. Lounge area is nice to hang and get work done in. Cafe downstairs is a great coffee and pastry stop. And so close to the Underground and Paddington station you could practically get anywhere.

The food and service was excellent. The staff top class. The only issue was how hot it got and the noise. There is no soundproofing between the rooms and you can clearly hear other guest talking or the noise outside the busy area.

This is a boutique Hotel about 100 yards from Paddington Heathrow Express and the Circle Line underground. Within walking distance of many great venues. We love this place and the wonderful staff!! Great breakfasts!!

Hotel was soo cute and aesthetically pleasing! Amazing location by the train and cute restaurants around. The rooms were small but to be expected and there wasn’t AC so was a little hot at night yet they provide a standing fan. The restaurant in the hotel was very good for breakfast and we had great cocktails there before a night out.

This place does NOT have air conditioning. Not sure how I missed that when booking but very important to know. They do have a fan and you can request a second. Room was very small and there was lipstick on my pillow - I assume from last guest. It was close to the tube station, however.

I’ve stayed at The Pilgrm many times, and it’s consistently excellent. Check-in is fast, the staff are friendly and attentive, and the rooms are always spotless. With its superb location, I highly recommend it to anyone visiting London.

Excellent location to public transport

Cute hotel with loads of character in an excellent location to Paddington Station. Very comfortable bed however the rooms are tiny and the road noise is pretty bad so if you are a light sleeper I would not recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in this little hotel with plenty of personality. It’s quirky and one has to be expecting that. The staff are wonderful- smiling, easy to reach and helpful. We were a bit concerned that there was no air conditioning but they supplied us with two fans and room temp was fine. The breakfast was delicious- I wish we had included it in our booking. And it’s super convenient to Paddington station, just half a block,so easy to reach from LHR and easy to get around London. Plus close to Hyde Park through a stretch of Bayswater, and to Little Venice. Quite pleased we stayed there and would come again. I would advise booking the larger rooms as the small and medium are small.

our stay was amazing the hotel is right by paddington station as well as a 10 minute walk away from Hyde park. the room was in perfect condition the bed was comfy the shower had not only good pressure but a great temperature. the staff were all friendly and went above and beyond to help us.
