Building is a little tired, but room was clean and pretty comfortable and reasonably priced (for central London). Breakfast is basic, but can’t complain as included in price. Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Location is superb…overall we had a really enjoyable stay

The interior of the building is aged, but overall this stay was comfortable and thankfully air conditioned. the front staff were very welcoming and it was great check in

The staff was excellent! I can’t not say enough about how wonderful the gentlemen at the front desk are. The room had a lot of noise from the road and the walls are thin. A room next to us shutting the door echoed through our room. The bathroom toilet paper holder was not attached to the wall. Issues with the safe. Hotel is dated and has a lot of garbage/mattresses in front. Location next to to Paddington station is wonderful.

We enjoyed our second stay here. The staff were great, the included breakfast got us going in the morning. The hotel is minutes away from Paddington Station which we found very helpful. There are lots of restaurants and some express grocery stores. They have a small elevator which is helpful and air conditioning. We stayed in July so we really appreciated the air conditioning. We would stay again.

Had a perfect 2 night stay. Room was very small but had air con so was pleasant to sleep in. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast wasn’t up to much very cheap food and the orange juice was like water.
