Room was clean but "cosy", barely enough space for 2 people to walk around each other. Bathroom had a musty ordor bc the fan was non-functional. Location was great, close to Paddington easy to get to other sights, lots of food options nearby and very walkable to Hyde park. Just a security concern of how easy it was to access the hotel from many entrances without anyone noticing. Perhaps a card access for the elevator? Or eliminate the back access via the other hotel and restaurant?

Considering how short a walk it is from Paddington station, the location is a really quiet cul de sac. Very convenient for onward travelling in London.

Nice place to stay

Great location near Paddington Station—super convenient for getting around. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We booked a standard king room, which was fine for what we needed. Just a heads-up: rooms are smaller than what you might expect if you're used to U.S. hotels, but it worked well for our three-night stay. Daily housekeeping was consistent, and the fridge was always restocked. Overall, a great experience. We’d definitely stay here again.

Good Paddington hotel

Good location close to Paddington and Hyde Park. Room was small but comfortable with a good bed and ensuite. Happy hour is appreciated. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent Stay in London

Mecure Hyde Park Hotel was in a Great Location. Room was small but perfect for a two night stay, clean and efficient housekeeping. Staff were friendly and very helpful, as we forgot our phone charger and they sorted a charger for us straight away. We had breakfast included which was at the Bella Italia in the hotel it was delicious and we had a good choice. We will definitely be back.

Great service

Nice boutique hotel with great service. We went to another property under the same name and the staff was so friendly to walk us to the correct property! Restaurant on the ground floor served great food and saved us trouble in finding a place to eat on Jan 1st. Highly recommend!

Honestly, the rooms were great and clean. But what really stood out for us was the front of house staff! We arrived late on a sunday with our 2 yo and the staff were so welcoming and helpful beyond their usual duty. They helped me find milk at like 1030 pm for our kid which was amazing! Rooms are great but the staff are exceptional!

The location is fantastic. Just a few minutes walk to Paddington Station. It is a beautiful building in the room was clean and comfortable. It took a while to figure out the heating in the room. The check-in staff were so friendly and helpful but the evening staff were not so much. I usually never get the breakfast included, but did this time and was extremely surprised and impressed with the selection and quality of the food.
