We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was perfect for my family of five. Everything was very clean and in working order. The front desk staff was very quick when we checked in and we were in our room within minutes.

The kitchen ws fully equipped. There were supermarkets and restaurants nerby. Two train stations were a short walk away. The room and bed were very comfortable. We had an enjoyable stay and would certainly return here whenever we are back in London. The staff was also very helpful. We didn't have the breakfast buffet but it was a god option to have.

The staff was good, property clean but lacked small amenities that I expected for a family apartment. Little things like proper cooking basics: toaster, utensils like cheese grater, dish cloths, garbage bags would have made a huge difference. Location was near a couple tube stations. Size of family apartment was good overall. Clean towels provided and light housekeeping Dailey, full clean four days into our stay. Overall good value.

The room was small but serviceable. The sofa was not real comfy, but the bed and bedding was very nice. For being in London, the room was very quiet and convenient to the underground station about a block and a half away.

We loved this location for having access to a kitchen, being able to buy groceries which are nearby, and make our own food. The building is dated, hallways are very narrow and the elevator is slow, but there are not a lot of floors. The room was spacious, beds were very firm and pillows very flat. Bathroom was decent though we could not get the plug in the bathtub to work. Having air conditioning was a life saver as it was 33c and humid the week we were there.

Good location within walkibg distance of Hyde Park and two tube stations. Several options for food nearby. Bathroom nicely renovationed. Laundry services resonabke rates. Kitchenette adequately stocked. No freezer, though. Windows draughty. Pull out couch was dufficult to reassemble.
