"Room’s bathroom was junky, and terrible shower. Under construction so the front was cut off and had to take the stairs around back. Lobby and dining room was nice though. "

"I had originally booked a single room aswas travelling for the London Marathon. I contacted the hotel through Expedia, and they told me I could upgrade for an extra payment which we confirmed. When we arrived the reception had no idea what I was talking about and said they were fully booked. I showed the confirmation and we were provided what was described as a compact double room.It was tiny. When we asked for a bigger bed, I was told this would not be possible. I asked for a single matress to be put on the floor, this was also rejected and I had to pay the additional charge regardless. Really disappointed and took the shine off what waa supposed to be a great weekend running the marathon."

"Clean room with all essentials. Staff were wonderful - from front desk to dining staff. Welcoming, pleasant and happy to help with our requests. The breakfast was excellent. Great variety of hot foods. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel "

"You will not get any sleep in this hotel when people are awake. The floors creak from above and next door when anyone is walking. You can hear guests very well thru the walls. The only good thing about the hotel is the location and large bathtubs. They have no refrigerator. Do not stay here if you want to get any rest on your trip."

"The housekeeping staff were lovely and the reception staff were too. I was a solo traveller and the area felt very safe and I felt safe in my room too, will definitely visit again"
