"Our stay in the renovated room was satisfactory. The room was clean, semi comfortable and did not smell. While the room is a little snug, one can manage. The downsides that stood out to us were the following: The air unit makes a dripping sound in the middle of the night, which can be annoying if you're a light sleeper. The bathroom does not exhaust well at all, so the steam sweats off the walls and every other surface. The shower design doesnt keep the water in the shower, instead it runs all over the bathroom floor, soaking every thing in its path. The bathroom sink is impractical to use, it gets water every where. The room door requires you to pull the door closed forcefully creating a loud noise. The bed is not long enough for taller people. "The hotel is currently under construction so all amenities are inaccessible such as the bar, breakfast, and coffee station. The construction wasn’t too bothersome noise wise. Aside from the construction, the room itself was lovely and we had a comfortable stay. The location is also great. Just a few streets west is a great neighborhood with lots of shops, cafes, and grocery stores. We particularly loved how close we were to Hyde Park. Would stay again! "
