"The flat is in a very convenient location for access to several local landmarks. The checking process, accuracy of information like wifi, and overall maintenance of the flat were dreadful. The instructions book in the flat did not match the information provided by the management team. The TV, cable, and internet only worked sporadically. Despite the location, there was not much going for this property."

"Lovely historical building. Amenities in the room were great-a fridge, plates, glasses and cutlery. It was very hot in the small, third floor room with the fan just blowing hot air around. Lots of stairs too but that was made clear when I booked. The outside area is beautiful and a lovely area in the heart of London. Easy to walk to High Street Kensington and Portabella Rd. Would stay again"

"Loved the location and the staff were wonderful! Being so close to everything, we were worried that there would be too much noise from the street, but the reinforced windows kept the sound down and it was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and we were so glad it was in operation until 11am!"

"I'd spent a lot on events for a birthday weekend in London, so I picked a budget hotel to save some money. I had checked reviews on booking websites, which were all fairly good. But then I saw the negative reviews on Google and my heart sank. But I needn't have worried - the room was clean and appointed well enough. It was on the basement level which proved a bonus as it was cooler and quieter than we expected. Staff were friendly and helpful. Its very conveniently located too. Yes it wasnt the Ritz, but then I didn't expect it to be. Overall, we were pleased with this hotel and would recommend it if youre not looking for luxury, but a clean, quiet room."

"The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, quiet and spacious (junior suite). Breakfast choice was great and fresh, only downside was that there was no barista coffee or cooked breakfast (they did have boiled eggs and warm pastries however). A couple of issues with electricity going off and cooling not working but it was fixed quickly. Very convenient location and close to shops and transport. The reception organised affordable transfers /private driver to our next acccomodation. Highly recommend this hotel for any type of traveller."
