"Nice boutique hotel in a great location, very friendly staff, clean modern and a nice continental breakfast. The rooms aren’t big but were ideal for us as we spent very little time in our room. Great value for money in a posh part of London. Two underground stations within a 5/10 minute walk from hotel. Local security was visible in this area, not sure if this was anything to do with our hotel but if made the area feel a lot safer. Hyde park Nottinghill and Paddington are a few minutes walk away"

"Absolutely lovely hotel. Beautifully clean and bright throughout. Both reception staff I met were smart, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, not much to choose from in the continental section but the freshly ordered hot breakfast I had was lovely. I was upgraded on arrival so had a larger room than expected which was very appreciated. It meant my daughter and I could have our own beds. The room was clean and bright and so quiet! Could not fault the hotel. The area it is in is also beautiful. Minutes from Nottinghill on foot or Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park and plenty choices for somewhere to eat within a 10 minute walk in all directions. Will definitely return. Thank you"

"The first time that I have stayed at this hotel but definitely not the last. It’s a beautifully elegant hotel situated a very short walk from Hyde Park and Queensway tube station. The rooms are a little bit tired but spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds. The breakfast is excellent with a hot and cold buffet. The staff that I dealt with were all very nice and friendly too."

"The location is excellent--just a short walk from both the Queensway and Bayswater tube lines as well as numerous bus stops. There's no food on site that I ever saw (although maybe that's an upgrade I didn't pay for), but there are countless little breakfast and coffee shops only blocks away. The area feels very safe and clean. I got home from a day trip extremely late one night, and I didn't feel unsafe. My key card easily opened the outside door, and there's a 24-hour clerk at the desk. There's an elevator that I never had to wait for longer than a minute or two. My room was exactly as described, and the staff kept it clean. Really my only problem was that this hotel is not air conditioned, so choose your time of year wisely. I had the bad luck of staying here in the middle of a historic heatwave. Obviously this isn't the hotel's fault, but I barely slept because I was sweating to death. There's a fan in the room, and I left it running the entire time, and I left the window open. But none of that helped, and it was pretty miserable. Again, this isn't the hotel's fault, but be careful staying here in the summer."
