Room was spotless, bed was giant and comfy, the hairdryer is powerful, toiletries were lovely. The TV didn't work very well, the shower was quite cold one of our days and the room could do with some glasses for water. Overall we had a fantastic stay.

What a unique stay! This was my first time staying in a Citizen M hotel and it was cool. The rooms were unique and cozy (perfect for sleeping off jet lag) - though really compact (which was perfect for us). the staff was wonderful.

citizenM may have created the perfect hotel for work trips--a perfect use of limited space, tech upgrades (e.g., mood lighting and music), iPad controls, a massive bed, and plenty of storage; excellent and plenty of shared work space, and a 24/7 bar. While the room was nice and the location was good, this was over shadowed by the fire alarm going off over over an hour on the Saturday morning. Not only did it wake us up, we couldnt shower and go out for breakfast as the water was off. The hotel sent an apology email, no other reco.pense was offered.
