On arriving we were greated and helped through the check-in efficiently. We could choose the location of our room as well. The room had a large bed and great shower. You could also operate media, lights blinds and mood setting via an ipad provided which was fun. Food in the hotel was good quality and priced reasonably for the area.

Giant comfortable bed, very modern controls for the lighting, temperature, tv, etc. Frosted glass walls around the shower and toilet don't allow for much privacy, but overall a very nice modern, sleek hotel!

All in all I enjoyed my stay at Bankside. My only complaint would be that the room is a tad small. Couldn’t have both suitcases opened at the same time in the room. But excellent location and the staff were friendly and helpful!

It was our first visit to London and we were both very happy and satisfied with the CitizenM Bankside! The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our entire stay and the hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are small, but standard size for Europe. There was some dust around in the room and spots that could of been cleaner (rust/buildup marks on the shower floors, lampshades small stains) but overall, the room was clean and very comfortable. The iPad that controls every aspect of the room was a very cool addition and felt futuristic! The area around the hotel was safe, and we could walk or take the public transit everywhere we wanted to go in a short amount of time. We will definitely be looking for a CitizenM anytime we're travelling in Europe!

This location was perfect. Very close to many sites and restaurants. I enjoyed my first stay at a CitizenM hotel and it certainly won’t be my last. The rooms are small but definitely comfortable. For the amount of time I spent in the rooms, it was perfect.
