Room was spotless, bed was giant and comfy, the hairdryer is powerful, toiletries were lovely.
The TV didn't work very well, the shower was quite cold one of our days and the room could do with some glasses for water.
Overall we had a fantastic stay.
Clean, comfortable and modern hotel with very helpful staff in a great area that is slightly away from tourist-traps yet an easy walk or transit ride to most London sights.
What a unique stay! This was my first time staying in a Citizen M hotel and it was cool. The rooms were unique and cozy (perfect for sleeping off jet lag) - though really compact (which was perfect for us). the staff was wonderful.

citizenM may have created the perfect hotel for work trips--a perfect use of limited space, tech upgrades (e.g., mood lighting and music), iPad controls, a massive bed, and plenty of storage; excellent and plenty of shared work space, and a 24/7 bar. Added to all of this they're in great locations for restaurants, local sights, and walking.

Very courteous and helpful staff, and convenient location. The room was small and lacked places to put things down. A small dresser would be a nice addition. Nice lounge in lobby.

Room was nice. Housekeeping was good. Nice lobby. Downsides: no early check in options. No outside food in the lobby. Fire alarms went off in the morning and it shut off water to my room so I couldn't shower.
Only problem was that the tablet wasn’t working for one evening - but absolutely normal with technology. The rest was outstanding and we could walk to all attractions!
Great little hotel. Modern and easy walking distance to Borough Market. Shops nearby. Room was small, but that’s just London for yah- it had everything that we needed. Cool tech in the room with great blackout curtains that were perfect for tackling jet lag!
While the room was nice and the location was good, this was over shadowed by the fire alarm going off over over an hour on the Saturday morning. Not only did it wake us up, we couldnt shower and go out for breakfast as the water was off. The hotel sent an apology email, no other reco.pense was offered.
