Ok I’ll be honest , the bar staff need to be on the ball they are nice enough but not quick enough the training needs stepping up it’s inadequate to say the least , first cocktail dropped second made with vodka instead of gin , not good enough 35 mins waiting for drinks and they were not rushed off their feet , it’s all down to the manager and it’s seriously lacking on the bar front , apart from that a very pleasant stay indeed , thank you

This location is excellent as close to food shopping and the Underground. I highly recommend this CitizenM for visiting Shakespeare’s Globe and Tate Modern. CitizenM offers consistent cleanliness and comfort.

First solo trip and it was excellent thanks to the lovely staff at citizenM London Bankside. I felt safe and welcomed from the moment I stepped into the building until my very exit. The staff was helpful and so kind. The room was clean, spacious, and advanced in modern technology. They have a kitchen open 24/7 which helped on nights that went on later than expected. Will definitely stay with citizenM again.
