The property was great! With 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 3 separate kitchen areas/coffee bars, it is absolutely perfect for a large family or group. Location was a short drive or Uber ride to CofC, King Street & more, which made it very convenient. Hope to stay again in the near future!
We had a great stay as a group of high school friends who wanted to get away for the weekend. The property manager was super responsive with only one issue that we had and the issue was resolved very quickly and without much of an inconvenience thank you so much! King Street was super accessible and we walked everywhere!The sofa may need an updating, but other than that the beds were super comfortable. The linens were very clean. The towels were soft, and the bathroom amenities were very nice. The kitchen was well equipped with some coffee and the little mini fridge just came in handy.
We had such a great long weekend here. The place was much bigger than we expected and a nice location. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere we went.
Great stay overall. The property was clean and located in a quaint part of town. The 4 bedroom layout was great for our group. Downsides...parking is very tight and you can hear the upstairs guests walking around. But, overall a great stay in a historic home in a walkable park of Charleston.

Beautiful, clean, well-equipped in an area that has great dining and not far from the historical downtown area. We had eight people stay very comfortably, and we all enjoyed our Charleston experience.
The property was just as it was advertised .. very clean and spacious! Great neighborhood and close to alot of shops, bars, and restaurants. My friends and I enjoyed staying here and will definitely book this property again!
Gorgeous house that was well organized and furnished so well! Beds were comfortable and roomy. Instructions were well written and easy to follow. Walking distance to many sights, and great coffee shop just blocks away for breakfast.
We enjoyed nearly everything about our stay. The only thing that could be improved was adding seating in the living room to accommodate the number of people the property accommodates. Otherwise wonderful!
The location was great and within walking distance to most everything. We found a great place for dinner—Chez nous just around the corner. Cannot recommend that enough. House was very clean, cozy, and had everything 4 women in their 50s might need. Beds were very comfortable and the check in/check out process was very easy. Great home for girls weekend but also large enough for multiple couples.
Specious, contemporary and very Comfortable place. We traveled with 7 people and there was enough room for all with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms Close walking distance to King street shops. Kitchen is really tiny not really meant for cooking but enough to prep breakfast and coffee. It was enough for us. Definitely would stay again.
Great location in a wonderful neighborhood. Close to King St. but restaurants in immediate area wonderful. Three bedrooms quiet throughout. Only the front bedroom which is beautiful has some street noise at night. Beds and bedding really nice. Host very responsive. Would return in a heartbeat!
