This spacious first-floor apartment offers approximately 1,400 square feet of comfortable living space, perfect for couples or up to four guests. The quiet, tree-lined street ensures restful nights, while being just four blocks from King Street, where you’ll find Charleston’s lively dining, shopping, galleries, and nightlife.

A rare downtown perk: the home includes two off-street parking spaces, so you’ll never need to worry about finding or paying for parking.

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to enjoy meals at home, whether you’re taking a break from dining out or brewing the locally roasted coffee provided for your stay. The open dining area flows seamlessly into the living room and kitchen, creating a welcoming space for shared meals, game nights, or relaxing together. Both bedrooms are tucked toward the back of the home for extra privacy. One features a king bed with an ensuite bathroom and convenient access to the washer and dryer, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed with a full hall bathroom nearby.

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
