very clean and comfortable beds and living room area. Great location, drove only 20 minutes to folly beach for a great afternoon. Clean and modern bathrooms. highly recommend.
My friends and I had a wonderful experience at the Azalea. The ground level made it nice with heavy luggage. The renovations were beautifully done and we were very comfortable there. The location was superb and walking distance to King Street. I would definitely stay here again!
This unit was beautiful, and even better than the pictures depict. The location was great for first time visitors to Charleston - we could walk most places and it was easy to catch a Lyft if we were feeling lazy. Great restaurants in the area for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Four of us spent 4 nights at the Azalea just to relax and tour some of the great places in Charleston. The Azalea was clean and better than the pictures. The location was good. Many restaurants and bars within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.
This was a great place to get away for a few days. This place is a beautiful 2 bed 2 bath just as listed. The location is close to everything. The communication with Joe made check in easy and. I would definitely stay here again and I will be recommending to friends and family.
The house was so cute and perfectly decorated, definitely enough room for a girls weekend! We were in walking distance of King St, as well as a bagel shop, coffee shop, and other cute little shops. And even driving to the southern part of the city (Rainbow Row, waterfront, etc) was only a few minutes. And the property managers were great!
Overall we had a great vacation. We have come to Charleston for years and always stayed somewhere downtown. The description of the parking was a little different than I thought. Fortunately we got a spot right in front although we didn’t leave for the remainder of our stay. The amenities were good although it would have been nice to at least have an ice tray. Also I would suggest putting a shade over the front entrance. It was uncomfortable for us when the upstairs tenants came and went during the day and night. Overall, it was a pleasant week. Thank you
The property itself is modern, clean, and makes you feel like being at home. Everything looked new and 2-days truly wasn't enough time as I could spend a week at this property. Morning coffee and evening drinks on the porch reminded me what vacations are for. There are plenty of restaurants near the property to experience. To walk to the French Quarter is roughly 25 to 30 minutes, but this city is so beautiful you don't really notice. The parking was the only confusing aspect of the property. You park in the driveway to the right of property, which fits 3 cars in a line. If you are the first to arrive and need access to the car it can get tricky to leave as there could be a car or 2 blocking you in; however the company will contact the other renters to move. Luckily, we were the only car this stay. I would highly recommend staying here.
The property itself is fresh and lovely. My husband and I shared it with a friend, so it was great having our own bedrooms and ensuites, plus a 3rd bathroom for the common area. And it is in a dandy location, with shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. The biggest complaint anyone had was about the noise. We heard it from the suite upstairs, but more surprisingly, loud and clear from the people going by outside (probably mostly college students having fun on the weekend). That didn't bother me too much, as it comes with the territory of being close to the action. But having brought my own freshly ground coffee and cream, I was truly put out to find only a Kuerig coffeemaker, with not a single Kuerig pod supplied. C'mon. That's a pretty basic expectation. Cost me 17 and change to buy 3 coffees at Starbucks a few blocks away - that was the closest coffee shop I could find on a Saturday morning that didn't have mile long lineup to get in. Our Vrbo in Savannah, where we went next, had a dual coffee maker that could accommodate either grounds and pods, with a huge basket of pods provided. That one is getting 5 stars.
The perfect spot to call home while in town to attend College of Charleston graduation and enjoy dinner at Indaco and Holy City Bagels. Such a great place and walkable to everything. We will absolutely stay here again!
The apartment is nicely decorated and perfectly supplied. Quick answers to our questions. Shared driveway could be inconvenience, we did not have any problem. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
Beautiful apartment! It was clean, well appointed; thoughtfully outfitted kitchen; awesome location; great emergency response (I forgot my door code and phone in room). After checking and verifying some information, VRBO/King and Society was awesome and helped me regain access!I recommend sharing all essential information with other travelers on trip with you…just in case! Also, coordinate with other apartment regarding driveway to avoid issues. We had great neighbors‼We would rebook when we return to Charleston; such a lovely city!!!
This house is so clean, the furniture and appliances are new and modern. Walking distance to King street. The Holly City coffee shop is just a few steps before the house. It serves delicious breakfast. Property manager was so quick to address our parking issues. We will go back again.
The property is in a perfect location for exploring Charleston! We walked almost everywhere as we explored the city. It is very clean & the furniture & beds are comfortable. You are sharing the driveway, which is fine, but I should be able to get the other renter’s phone number as opposed to being advised to knock on their door. Also, the front door has a clear front & we ended up hanging a garbage bag so people couldn’t see into our place. Small concessions- the location was key.
