The Space: Experience the charm of The Southard Cottage, a two-story retreat perfect for up to four guests, ideally located just behind Kultura and only a 7-minute walk to King Street. You’ll be surrounded by some of Charleston’s best dining, shopping, and nightlife, while still enjoying a cozy place to unwind!

Inside, the home blends midcentury style with colorful, welcoming accents. The comfortable living area is ideal for relaxing after a day out, and the fully equipped eat-in kitchen is ready for everything from morning coffee to home-cooked dinners.

Upstairs, you’ll find two inviting bedrooms. One features a king bed, Smart TV, and ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. The second offers a queen bed and its own ensuite bathroom, also with a walk-in shower, perfect for privacy and comfort.

Step outside to your private courtyard, a peaceful, leafy escape in the heart of the city.

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire home, a well-lit private entrance, and access to daily street parking passes (available upon request).

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party*

*Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County
