"What a charming, spacious house in the Irish countryside! It was perfect for our family of 5. Everyone got their own room and my 19 year old especially loved having the granny flat to herself! The rooms were actually bigger than they looked in the pictures. The board games were a nice touch and definitely got used.Mariza is an excellent host who truly went above and beyond. She was quick to respond to questions before and after our arrival. We were welcomed by Christmas lights, fresh baked scones and brown bread. And she had left firewood so we could have a cozy fire in the family room. When I messaged asking if she knew anything about the ancient wedge tomb in the area, she quickly reached out to her friend who owns the farm it’s on, so we were able to go see it the next day! The house is convenient to Cork, Blarney, and Killarney, and the town of Mallow is only 10 minutes away with grocery stores and restaurants. We really feel lucky to have found this house!"

"David was a gracious host who met us at the cottage with his adorable terriers. A warm fire and pastries awaited our arrival. The location and amenities of the cottage with timeless decor and lovely artwork was perfect as our home base for day trips. We will return another time for sure!
