Enjoy this 1bedroom, 1bathroom with waterfront access. Our bedroom features a king bed with a full bathroom, including a jetted tub, and a queen size sofa sleeper for additional guests.
The open concept living space, entails a kitchenette with a mini fridge, stovetop with 2 burners, and a microwave. Seating for 6 is available with a kitchen table and bar seating.
The living room has seating for up to 5 guests. And don't forget to enjoy the walkout patio as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.

The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 48 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Reviewer Comments: This was a top of a whim getaway for 2 that turned solo, but it actually turned out to be so peaceful and relaxing, all what I had needed. Everything was in walking distance from the edge water inn. I learned quite a bit from the locals around town, and I must say I will definitely be returning in the much warm weather as suggested. I fell in love with Charlevoix that peaceful weekend getaway.

The location was absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed watching the ferries and boats passing by. It’s a quick and gorgeous walk right into town. The condo was beautifully decorated and cozy. I can’t wait to go back! By far the best vacation I’ve ever been on. Perfectly relaxing and quiet. I’d give it 10 stars!

You can't beat the view overlooking Round Lake and watching all the boats go by and the short walk over the bridge to restaurants/shops. The unit was clean, comfortable and well furnished with essentials to prepare simple foods. The tile in the bathroom was really unique and artistic. The king-sized bed was comfy and I was shocked to find that even the queen-sized sleeper sofa was comfy for my adult son. I didn't know they made comfy sleeper sofa mattresses. The patio overlooking Round Lake only had 1 chair but it didn't really bother us since we brought our bag chairs from the car. The staff was very helpful and courteous, but they are busy and often on the phone so you may have to wait in line a bit. Since this unit is on the bottom level and partially underground, there is a musty smell in the hallway, but not in the unit itself. We chose the bottom level so we could walk right out to the lake from our patio, which was great!

Which there always is. Becky, at the desk, was wonderful. She offered to change our room but for one more night we opted not to. Thus , we are not sure we would stay there again.
