Executive Home. Tucked in a quiet cul de sac on a lot with beautiful mature trees, this 3 bedroom/2.5 bath is located in the Davis Lake-Eastfield neighborhood of Charlotte. It's a short drive to many Charlotte attractions as well as I-77 and I-485. The house features a designer kitchen with soapstone countertops and a soapstone farmhouse sink. Living room leads out to deck overlooking private backyard. 2 spacious living areas, a game room with a ping pong/pool table, comfy beds and smart TVs. Executive level master bedroom with sliding Shung Fui doors connecting them and 2 closet spaces, one walk in. The master bathroom has custom Versace tiling & steam shower, heated floowers, jacuzzi tub. Fully furnished and ready to go!
