We welcome you to stay in our bright, spacious home in Charlotte, NC! With 3 bedrooms (4 beds) and 3 bathrooms, a coffee lounge and workspace your family and friends will have plenty of space to spread out, relax and have fun during your stay.

+Outdoor Security Cameras located at the front of the house. Audio and video recording 24/7.
+ The listing is monitored with a decibel reader to allow us to identify noise levels that are considered disruptive. The decibel reader does not record or capture any audio. When we receive this notification we will kindly make you aware of the noise level and ask you to turn it down a few notches

Great stay!

We had the best stay at this home recently...we were in Charlotte for a work trip and found this home to be perfect. It was well-stocked, and maintained, and the location was excellent. We had easy access to restaurants/shopping and getting downtown was easy. Thank you!
