Everything you have listed is excellent. What you didn’t list was communication issues. E.G.; No instructions on how to work the TV Couldn’t find a guide to tell us what was on each channel by time Didn’t realize ice buckets were at the ice machine No information relative to places near by to eat No coffee machine in the room Need I say more?

Our stay was only 1 night, however we were pleasantly surprised with the hotel. Clean room, courteous staff and a very nice breakfast to start us on our way. We will definitely stay at a TRU Hotel again!

Extremely friendly and professional staff. We had to wait a while (ten minutes) to check in because the single person manning the reception was helping a customer on the phone, but other than that, all was fine. Hotel is well situated just off I-77, but not within walking distance of much (Davidson is about three miles away.) Room is clean, TV worked on most channels, beds very comfortable, and a good breakfast spread with plenty of fruit.

The walls are very thin so we heard the neighbors as well as the pipes in the wall. This made it very difficult to get a restful night sleep after traveling from Florida.

Nice and clean hotel. The staff was very nice. Our bed was comfortable but a little noisy at night. The pipes rattled a lot. Breakfast was good and they are part of the ecological solution Examples are boxed water not plastic bottles, your soaps are in reusable tubes etc. I’d stay again

This hotel is located right of of I -70. It is clean and cute. We will definitely stay here again when traveling from Florida.
