Room was very clean, breakfast was good, coffee was also really good. The lady who cooked breakfast was a very nice & friendly. She smiled the whole time while talking to us. The owner was there & she was really nice as well. Also staff & everyone was so nice & friendly. The location is great. It's about 10 mins walk to Apollo Theatre, Victoria station, pubs & restaurants. I'm very pleased to stay at this hotel & will be back again. Thank you

Lovely family run hotel.

Lovely family run hotel, the room was smallish, but comfortable, in a great location 10 minutes walk from Victoria train and tube station, 15 minutes walk from Buckingham Palace, the Hotel is situated in a quiet clean and sage location. The breakfasts are excellent value, very tasty and well presented. If we are ever back in London we will look to the Windermere for our stay.

Lovely independent owners take a personal interest in the property, breakfast service, safety. The lift in the building is much larger than most in UK. The walls are THIN due to the age of the building. Bring ear plugs. No refrigerator was inconvenient. Bed was EXCELLENT. Room was very SMALL. Thank you Nick for a lovely accommodation
