"First class hotel. Beautiful location. Excellent food and amenities. The people couldn’t have been nicer. Everyone speaks English thankfully. Although everything is very expensive (plus 25% vat) in Copenhagen, there is value for the money. Easy to drive around. "

"Great walkable location with excellent, friendly multilingual customer service staff (Danish & English). The facilities were going through renovations but it was still all usable and will be beautiful when it’s finished. Warning - Copenhagen is not a cheap city for accommodation. Needing space for ourselves and our adult daughter for 4 nights, (more that a folding mobile bed), we opted for this apartment@ approx $AU1,000 per night it was more than we expected to have to pay but the apartment, property, location and service could not be faulted. Loved the ‘green’ initiatives! Would definitely recommend and return. "

"Reception staff on arrival was really great / polite / friendly, didn’t get her name but was from Argentina, then next night was a Greek girl sorry no name again , also same polite / friendly, the breakfast staff really friendly also , can’t fault them , highly recommend "
