Featuring 4 bedrooms, workspaces, a full kitchen, large dining room, living room, one and a half bathrooms, fenced yard, front porch, laundry, and off-street parking!

Located behind UVA hospital and featuring an entirely first-floor living set-up if desired, this home would be perfect for anyone working at UVA or downtown, or for anyone coming to the hospital for surgery, treatment and recuperation.

The first floor of this comfortable and well-located home features a kitchen, one and a half bathrooms, two bedrooms, a living room, dining room, laundry, front porch, and fenced yard with fire pit! The second floor contains two additional bedrooms with desk/workspaces. Off-street parking is available as well.
