We have stayed several times at this Holiday Inn. It is a good location. The free breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. It is supposed to go on until 10 am, but many items empty at 9:00am. No spoons avail for cereal. The rooms are clean. The beds are moderately comfortable. The needs are met. But it could be better.

This is a much older property needs quite a bit of work, but overall it wasn’t too bad. The mattresses in 609 need to be replaced. They need to do a little bit better job on cleaning the bathrooms, but the staff go over and beyond their call of duty.

And we got to meet one of the staff that takes care of the breakfast cleaning, making sure people flip their waffles. And whatnot extremely rude character, extremely rude, not a good representation of the facility. Whatsoever, we've decided not to take further action against this employee. Rather document and let people form their own opinion on this particular individual.
