About this property

The Barn studios with a view near Monticello and wineries!

  • This Barn boasts two studios that would be perfect when traveling with friends or two couple because each offers its own private entrance and sleeping quarters. They are in the same building, our “barn,”, share the same GREAT views and outdoor private pool overlooking the view of the mountains, but are completely separate entities. They do not connect. You can find them in this site to rent separately or here, together for a nice, peaceful weekend with friends.
    The Hidden Gem has its own private balcony for coffee in the morning and watching the sunrise and The Milton View has its own covered porch that boasts a view of the gorgeous sunrise, with a cup of Java, or the stellar sunsets with a glass of wine. Truly relaxing. They both have their own private fire pit (logs, kindling, lighter provided) or you can gather together and enjoy.
    Our private pool is located by our main house and we love our guests to enjoy (we just ask that you please request to use if doing so after 6 p.m.)
    Hidden Gem has its own full kitchen and the Milton View has a kitchenette, complete with a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker.
    Our Milton View barn studio is our newest and second rental. I take pride in cleanliness, decorating and trying to give my guests as much privacy as possible during their stay. Our house is on the property about 100 yards from barn studios.

Fall weekend get away

We were in town for a wedding and were able to stay at The Barn studios! The rooms are charming and the property is beautiful!! Everything was easy from check in to check out. Thank you!!

Fantastic getaway!

We had a fantastic weekend at Trish's place! There were so many cute touches in both studios, with plenty of space for four adults. We all remarked on how beautiful the property was and how comfortable the beds were! We were there for a girls getaway weekend, and Trish was so helpful with recommending restaurants, wineries, and other things to do. We sat out at the fire pit (which she had all ready to go) and made s'mores (for which she had sticks all ready for us to use). She really did think of everything, and even left fresh ground local coffee for us. It was a super cozy weekend! We're already planning to come back next year. Thanks, Trish!
