    This Ancestral historic House was built in 1830. It is designated heritage property. This home features many updates while still maintaining its charm and character.
    Steps away from nature when accessing the water front walk and Victoria park or to the City world that offers a lot of entertainment.
    About Ten minutes away from the Hospital and UPEI.

    With almost 200 years, still keeps its charm and character making it a wonderful visit walking to all amenities, many restaurants, the harbour, front water and access for a nice and refreshing forest walk at Victoria park.

    Only about 20 to 30 minutes away from beautiful beaches and National Parks.

    You would enjoy an entire private floor all to yourself. With private entrance. Including a comfortable and spacious bedroom, full bathroom, living room, TV, kitchen, In suite Dryer and Washing machine. Access to a Patio. Full equipment kitchen set up including dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and everything you may need to cook a wonderful meal for a comfortable stay.

    Spring, Summer and Fall permitted 24 hours Street parking.

    For winter months please refer to us for special parking.

    Summer and dry days: Bike rentals are accessible a few steps away for you to enjoy the city and surroundings.
