"It’s the little things that matter had they had coffee in the lobby in the morning. It would’ve made life a lot easier. The coffee maker in the room was not very user-friendly and we were unable to use it. I spoke to several other gassed up on the roof and they said most high-end hotels have coffee in the lobby."

The Hotel on Pownal

8/10 Good
"The hotel’s location is fantastic—easily walkable to local dining, shopping, and the waterfront. While the room itself was comfortable and nice, the bathroom was on the smaller side. My main drawback was the sound insulation; the walls and floors are quite thin, so noise travels easily from neighboring rooms as well as above and below. Thankfully, the hotel strictly enforces an 8:00 PM quiet time policy, which made a huge difference and ensured a peaceful night’s sleep despite the thin walls."
