The Arts Hotel is a great and affordable value hotel. The amenities are few, but the lounge is pretty neat! It's a convenient location, as well. My one and only gripe is the end of the bed in the King suites is far too close to the wall and I always hit my shins. :(

Very clean, cheaper because there is no TV, fridge and phone, I don't need these things. Live music downstair and restaurant. very useful friendly staff. Near everything I need.
