The staff was very courteous and accommodated us nicely. However, even though this listing said there was a hot tub available for use (which is why we booked this hotel versus other options), it was closed for renovations. We were disappointed. But the room was fine and we had a nice stay.

Ther only problem I had with the stay was there was some mold around the sprinkler head in the bathroom. I do find the wood millwork in the common areas is a little dated, but it would be a major undertaking to change it, so they have done a nice job to update the look of the space as much as possible. Still looks high end. The beds were great, the room was modern and decorated nicely, perfect location, terrific view and the pool area is as nice as any. I really have a soft spot for this place and throughly enjoyed my stay.

A great harbor front hotel in Charlottetown!

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the amenities were well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout. Location is great and you have good shopping and dinning options close by. Great overall experience — would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed a lovely two nights stay at this hotel. It was so close to the waterfront and all the great attractions and shops. We also used it as a base to drive one day to Cavendish Beach and had a green Gables. The breakfast was great, and staff were super friendly and attentive to our needs.
