"I like this facility. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are updated with the exception of the bathroom which are a bit tired. The exterior trim needs a fresh coat of paint. They really need to add an elevator. Our room was on the second floor and the stairs were a bit much. It is centrally located and close to restaurants and shopping. This is my hotel of choice when visiting Charlottetown."

We were three friends in two separate rooms and love to play board games in the evenings or on a rainy day - it would be nice to have a portable card table available.
