"Lovely studio on the top floor. I had a small somewhat heavy suitcase and tote and it was a little climb with heavy things but that only went up on the first day. I was fine. There is a nice view. It is easy to walk to various places from the studio. There is a laundromat about an 8 minute walk. One of the entrances to the palace garden is on the corner across the street. Fred was really great at communicating with me. "

On arrival having again paid for parking, we went into the apartment and found the bedroom with unmade dirty sheets and dirty towels in the bathroom.
