"The hotel is ideally located very near the train station and a short walk to Chartres cathedral. It was easy to get to restaurants and shopping. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating, they went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. "

"Property is two-storey block of rooms with passageways passing in front of each room. Wind-down blind to the front provides good privacy and light blocking. Small airport located next door which is noisy during daylight hours. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Restaurant provides a good menu and the food is excellent. Location for onward travelling via autoroutes is excellent. Overall a good location for overnight stay."

"Overpriced for what you get. Good location for the city. Small car park. Didn't try restaurant, breakfast spartan in small breakfast room. Unbelievably, room had a PIR-operated light, which came on if anyone went to the bathroom in the middle of the night. I taped a box over the unit to prevent being woken! Staff OK but hard to find. Wouldn't return."
