La maison principale est grande, très bien équipée et très conviviale.L’espace extérieur est super également Les espaces de couchages sont spacieux pour la plupart.Si l’intégralité du gîte est occupée, c’est parfait pour un week-end entre proches/famille, car la proximité est de vigueur dans les chambres en enfilade, l’espace plus dortoir et certaines salles d’eau, dont certaines finitions sont encore prévues pour améliorer encore l’intimité .Des améliorations sont faites en continue pour le confort de tous, et les hôtes sont disponibles ! C’est très agréable Je recommande !"

"Lovely stay in a beautiful, historic chateau! The staff was warm and welcoming, the room was lovely, and we felt like we were stepping back in time! Breakfast was a lovely way to start every morning before heading out to explore the beautiful Loire Valley. Highly recommended!"

"This property was the perfect location in the Amboise area for my husband and I to use as a base for day trips to the area castles. I wanted to stay a little outside Amboise, and I couldn't believe this cottage was available. I felt like we were living a dream! This cottage is quiet and safe, but also close to Amboise, a supermarket, restaurants, wine tasting, etc. The owner is delightful! She left us a bottle of wine and fresh tomatoes from the local market. All kitchen appliances were easy to use. All the rooms were comfortable and well appointed. The washer-dryer in the cottage was very convenient. We loved it and recommend it for families and couples. It was one of the highlights of our trip. "

"We had an excellent stay at this charming and sophisticated property. As other reviewers have noted, the location is fabulous for exploring the area of the Loire near Amboise. The house is a beautifully renovated historic outbuilding on a large estate; the property was very well equipped with thoughtful attention given to every detail. But most importantly, the owners are exceptional hosts, and they went "over and above" to ensure that we had a satisfying and comfortable stay. We highly recommend this lovely home in a stunning location."

"Excellent welcome. We arrived at the gate and we're greeted in a very friendly professional manner. We were welcomed into the lovely courtyard with a smile and guided professionally through the check in process. Our french is not very good and their english was excellent so it made us feel at ease. We were shown around the property and guided to our accommodation plus very helpfully booked in for a session in the Spa in the cave which is wonderful. We were also provided with much helpful information about a party which was going on in the courtyard that evening and places where we could go to eat in the evening. A wonderful stay and we hope to return one day for longer! "

We easily accessed the retreat with a 20-minute drive from the Gare St Pierre des Corps, where we rented a car from Avis. The blooming rose garden and nearby fields of vibrant poppies added to the serene ambiance. Practical amenities were just a short drive away in Amboise, with excellent dining and groceries available.The property boasts a rich history, highlighted by the cave that once served as a wine press for its renowned Vouvray white wine.
