"A lovely quiet comfortable place to stay.
The owners made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The room was large, airy and had a lovely view across the grounds. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, highly recommended."

"La Rocheliere is an absolutely beautiful and unique BnB. It’s beautifully maintained with modern amenities, and staying in a building from the 1600s was an amazing experience. The host was very friendly and offered a lot of tips for things to do around the area. I definitely recommend the stay for those looking to explore the Loire Valley in a comfortable and historic setting."

"Very clean room. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. With an amazing restaurant, excellent food and wines. We booked half board and although our choice of food was more limited, it was really delicious.
And good breakfast. Would definitely recommend and book again if we were in the area."

"The owners, Gaelle and Bruno, are grand hosts and are charming. This visit was our second, and if we return to Amboise, we will stay there again. The rooms in the manor house are spacious and well appointed. Breakfast is a must. Our hosts provided recommendations for dinner that were not tourist oriented, and helped us schedule a taxi to the railway station."

"This Hotel was booked as a single night stop over on our way from Chamonix to Caen. After a 650km drive it was a really welcome sight. Although next to a commercial area / retail park, the hotel is enclosed by trees, feels private and has plenty of parking. The hotel is bright and airy and very comfortable. We opted for the Executive double room when we booked a few days in advance of our stay so we had a sofa and somewhere to sit. On reflection the standard double rooms are probably just as comfortable based on what we could see in the website. Breakfast was included in the price of the room. The evening meals were very tasty too and reasonably priced. The bar had a good selection of drinks and the swimming pool is a great amenity too. We would definitely stay at a Westotel again."
"Really good location although we did find parking an issue but, to be fair, parking in any city isn’t straightforward! Rooms are well laid out, beds and pillows exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast very good although the reception, breakfast area gets quite congested at busy times."
"Very convenient for the train station, tourist bureau and supermarket close by. Easy walk into town centre. Friendly helpful staff on reception. Good WiFi. Kitchen had what you needed. You could buy a few things at reception like UHT milk if needed. The apartment was well laid out. Quiet. Comfortable beds
We found the check in times a bit confusing online but relieved to find they'd been extended when we arrived."
"The deluxe room was well designed for travelers, with a good bed, toilet separate from a great shower with excellent water pressure and plenty of closet space and enough room. It was superb value for the price. The staff was helpful and friendly and the breakfast also good value.
The hotel isn’t modern but has character and is comfortable. It is in a good location, readily accessible to the sights of Tours and the railway station but also well situated for quickly driving out of town to visit chateaux. The parking, for which one pays extra and needs to reserve, is tight, so we wished we had had a mid-size instead of full-size SUV (which would have also been better for some of the narrow country roads outside of Tours).
The gym only has a few cardio machines but one could probably get a good workout at a fitness club not far away. We didn’t try the mini-pool or hamam but they looked nice."
"Good and convenient location close to city centre and train station with parking available on-street nearby. We had adjoining rooms - quite small but did the job as we only stayed one night but while passing through. They accept dogs which is a plus and limits our choices. Helpful staff. We didn’t have breakfast as there are some lovely patisseries in the town."
