"Was so lucky to find this hidden gem! It was way too hot to walk around Vichy like we’d planned, so we got there a little early and were super happy our room was already ready. We spent the whole afternoon hanging out by the covered pool, which was perfect in the heat and we had it all to ourselves.
The room was really spacious and thankfully had air conditioning 🙏. Also, the linen sheets were amazing, I was obsessed.
For dinner, we had a charcuterie board that was so good and a generous...
"Fantastic place. Cozy garden and beautiful rooms. A real French experience, very nice breakfast in a cozy garden with flowers and pool. The owners Stéphanie and Claude are such sweet people. We will definitely come back."
"Property is easy to find and off the A71 so great for an overnight stopover. Rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. Shower was clean and hot water. Breakfast was good and staff friendly and helpful. "
"Nice town to stop at. The place has obviously seen better days (probably before they built the Autoroute), but for the price it was fine. Clean, friendly with a bar and decent food. Secure parking was a bonus. Obviously if you spend more you will get better but it was just an overnight stop whilst travelling."
"Romantische Anlage mit schönem Garten und freundlicher Bedienung. Wunderbares Nachtessen und Frühstück von der Chefin persönlich zubereitet. Wir haben einen Etappenstop gemacht, werden aber wahrscheinlich auch mal für ein paar Tage dorthin kommen."
"Very nice as a big old building is some whare and tare as expected
And not lift .
And be aware the internet is very poor and better with Apple devices."

"Property room was small for the family with kids
No necessary items like hot water , tea , coffee in the room.
We asked for another room but they rejected it."
" One of the declining number of traditional 3/4 star village/small town hotels that are being replaced by the bland massive chains
The staff were brilliant, especially Head Waitor Luc who was charming, interesting and very helpful. The village with its castle is very run down with a large derelict hospital, numerous closed hotels and empty shops, but still worth a visit as a stop over."
