C'est une belle et grande maison, impeccablement rénovée, -tous équipements neufs pour un parfait confort -, et dotée d'une décoration très originale...mais de très bon niveau, offrant un cadre de qualité. Parfaitement située, près de la mer et des commerces, nous n'avons pas eu besoin, malgré la canicule, de climatisation : la maison est fraîche, le très grand living/cuisine américaine est ouvert sur une terrasse agréable où nous avons pris nos repas, et sur un petit jardin paysager...Au-delà de ce vaste espace commun, indispensable à l'agrément de 8 personnes, tout est bien pensé et organisé à cette fin.. Malgré un accès un peu surprenant par le garage (qui est cependant un réel atout dans le quartier!!), vraiment, pour avoir souvent séjourné à Châtelaillon, c'est sans doute notre meilleure expérience, que nous renouvèlerons à coup sûr!
