"Everything excellent especially Laura who checked us in "

"Great stay! Nice people and very calm!"

"Fantastic art deco property with a very warm welcome. Very generous breakfast."

"Very good night’s sleep in comfortable bed. Very quiet. Lovely hot shower. Felt well set to continue our journey next day😁"

"Well priced, comfortable, convenient when driving across France. We enjoyed an excellent supper on the terrace and a very good breakfast. Not fancy but just the thing for a good stopover. Highly recommended."

"I think some thought went into the design of the hotel but the day-to-day operation lets it down completely. Front door doesn’t lock properly, looks like was forced open. Air conditioning doesn’t work, sink leaks and drains onto the floor. No soap in shower. Drapes so close to sink that they get wet every time. Dead insects in drapes and windows. Some parts on room construction unfinished while other finished bits are falling apart."

"Amazing rooms and very very good restaurant"

"The room was comfortable, though on the small side. Really comfortable bed and lovely sheets. No real reception area. Area around the hotel now sadly very run-down, though there is some regeneration happening."

"Room was very small. Balcony needed to be cleaned, full of pidgin droppings. Kitchenette would be useful but not needed by us."

"Stay was great, staff were very nice. Would definitely recommend the hotel to other staying in Vichy."

"Historic building and surrounding estate. After seeing many of these from the outside , it was enchanting to be inside and dream about life as a resident. "

"We loved our stay in the family room. Lots of space and the host was super helpful. We'll stay here again the next time we're in Vichy!"

"The hotel is dated and it is need of refurbishing. The staff are all friendly and welcoming "

"Good allround experience"

"They were waiting for me that evening, but I arrived in the night, as I told them. Everything was ready for me, I had received the code to go in. And the breakfast was just ready in the room, for the morning after. Thank you. Only one thing: why did't see I just had payed before I came, on Hotels.com?"

"Très bel hôtel très bien placé très bon accueil"

"This was a great hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable and roomy. It was within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the historical district. The front desk staff was very helpful and gracious. I highly recommend this lovely establishment!"

"It was ok for the price. A budget stay over."
