"The staff were pleasant but the room wasn’t too good. Bathtub clogged to where water backed up and had my feet in dirty water, toilet overflowed, dust and stains on the towels. Some lights not working. Only one elevator in the entire building is not cool, I walked up the flight of stairs (to the 6th floor) more than I should have just because the elevator was crowded or taking too long."
