One of the two elevators was not working, the pool was closed after the first night of our two night stay, and house keeping never came to our room. Also, be wary of street facing windows on the weekends, LOTS of street, eg hotrod/motorcycle, noise late into the night Saturday.

SpringHill Suites by Marriott Chattanooga Downtown/Cameron Harbor
Staff was friendly, rooms were comfortable and clean. The location was fabulous and we will stay there again. Breakfast was the normal hotel breakfast. There is a nice restaurant attached, but that can make parking tricky in the evening.

we booked a queen suite and got a standard suite. water was out most of one day due to a major water leak in the hotel. the breakfast was absolutely terrible every day we stayed. the rooms furniture is extremely uncomfortable and dated. the bed was like lying on a sheet of plywood. i would barely ...
