"Our room was 2 hours late for check in- pretty disappointing customer service. The spa was fairly average - bit run down. Rest of the hotel was really nice, lovely breakfast in the morning and comfy bed. "

"Very comfortable and clean rooms (we had a family room which was in fact a suite with a day room with settee bed and two singles the opposite side of sliding partition.) Two bathrooms! One had a full length bath. Excellent food in a buffet style so you can choose to eat as much or as little - and be prepared to experiment. Great for non fussy eaters. Location cannot be beaten for ski access to main gondola and two chair lifts. Supermarket and 2 x ski hire shops within 2 minutes walk. Will come back again."

"Fantastic hotel in almost every respect - the only negative was the quality/pricing of the dinner in their own restaurant which didn’t hit the mark for ‘fine dining’ though breakfast in the same venue was very good!"
