Great location, but needs some minor maintenance
Loved the location, the condo was well equipped. Loved the huge sectional and deck. Usually rentals have a tiny little love seat but this was great for the whole family watching movies. So easy to check in and so easy to get to the lake. And pet friendly! What a win! Bathrooms and kitchen were well equipped with the exception of bbq tools. But our bbq never worked so I guess that was a wash. The bad: our bbq didn’t work, the fire pit table didn’t work, the handle to the back patio literally came off in our hand the first time we turned it. And the dishwasher stopped working during our stay. Despite reaching out to the property manager, we never heard back and our issues were never addressed. Also- extra pillows but no pilllow cases, no fitted sheets on the bunk bed, and electrical in bathrooms worked intermittently, and no plants for privacy in the planters between properties. All the other units had tall plants creating private deck spaces. Ours were dead and empty. Despite all of that - it was a great condo and great location. If they took one day to do the minor maintenance on the place I would not hesitate to stay again. But I would have expected the appliances and bbq to at least work and be addressed while we were there considering we paid for it. I would have expected to be contacted by the property manager and at least comped for the maintenance issues.
