"We stayed at the Hampton Inn Sudbury and overall had a great experience. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious and quiet, the beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast had a nice variety of options.
The only downside to our stay was the check-in experience. The lady at the front desk who checked us in was very miserable and not welcoming, which was disappointing given the otherwise warm and positive feel of the hotel. Thankfully, the rest of the staff we interacted with were polite and helpful, and everything else about our stay was excellent.
I would definitely stay here again, but I hope the check-in staff can be a little friendlier in the future to match the overall quality of the hotel."
"I received an upgraded room because the hotel was fully booked, which was a nice surprise. The room was nice and clean and the break fast was really good."
"We stayed in a room with a bedroom and pullout couch in the living space. Great room. I just wish they had the bedding in a bag already in the room instead of having to go back down to the front desk to get it. Also we couldn't get the tv in the bedroom working, but we were able to get the main one, so we were fine"
