We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was very professional and helpful. Breakfast was great, plenty of options for children. The staff was kind to give takeaway boxes for leftover kids food. Centrally located in the city centre, quite a few options for sightseeing within the city. Plenty of street food and restaurants nearby. Unfortunately only have Wi-Fi Internet with no wired connection, so only had slow Internet access. Other than that top notch place, with friendly staff.

A Very Good Time in Chengdu

The hotel is very well located along a high street but set back so it’s quiet. The breakfast is good with some variety. The room is a gods size. Toiletries were replenished. The staff were helpful, esp Cassie and Christina at the front desk. So was the concierge whom I got to book a visit to the Bridge restaurant.
