I wouldn’t say the room was great all outdated. Bathroom walls were bit mouldy. Toilet seats were too low. Anyone has knee problems it’s difficult to sit and get up from it, also time to change the mattress The staff on the floors were great kept the room clean and tidy. Very nice Restaurant no one speak English that much we say something they don’t understand sometimes the service was very slow. Some of them are really good. Food was ok room service is good. Food is ok Definitely they can improve a lot. I am giving you my thoughts so they can improve in so many ways

My family and I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Chennai, and we were blown away by the entire experience. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with the utmost care and professionalism. The highlight of our stay, without a doubt, was the incredible food. The breakfast and dinner buffets were absolutely superb! The selection was vast, catering to all tastes with a brilliant mix of local Indian delicacies and international classics. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It was a culinary delight we looked forward to every day. What truly made our stay special, however, was the exceptional staff. They are a tremendous asset to the hotel. I would like to give a special shout-out to a few individuals who went above and beyond: Ashit was incredibly attentive, anticipating our needs and ensuring we had everything we could possibly want. Tamanna was so helpful and gracious, providing excellent recommendations and assistance with a warm smile. Washid also took great care of us, and his service was impeccable. While these individuals stood out, the sentiment extends to each and every member of the staff we encountered. Everyone, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, looked after my family with genuine kindness and efficiency. We left feeling not just like guests, but like valued friends. Thank you for a memorable stay. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Chennai!

A little dated property - however very clean and with decent ammenities. Nice breakfast buffet . Staff is helpful . Check in was a bit delayed as we were made to wait for over 30 mins ( guests jumping queue , receptionists not paying attention etc). The coffee shop can have more options - we had guests over and met them at the coffee shop, would have wanted to see more food options like rolls ,, sandwiches etc. Would love to visit again. Thanks to Nasim at the reception for taking care of us .
