The hotel is under renovation. Reception is apparently made in one of the hotel rooms. Workers are working even at 11 PM disturbing the guests and hotel staff is not able to stop them even after repeated requests. I had to personally go and make them to stop the work. This was my first stay here and I would not like to return. As a courtesy, hotel must declare about renovation work online so the guests are aware what they can expect.

When I pay more than 8000/- the minimum I expect is good air-conditioning, cleanliness, and n noise. The AC in my was thundering for whole 3 days I stayed. Towels are horrible with stains everywhere. Actually I want to give a 1, but the cafe and the service rendered has pushed the rating to a 1.5. I never suggest this to any of my friends.

1 night stay, first time at this hotel and certainly the last time. Several issues -room had strong smell of urine throughout the stay inspite of the diffuser in the shower/toilet area - airconditioner didnt work and not sorted inspite of fault being reported (we are talking about Chennai where nights are usually hot and humid) -booked taxi for airport drop at time of check in for early hours of the morning for 4 passengers. Reiterated to lobby manager about the typenof seat needed for seating 3 passengers in back seat. Hotel provides taxi for 3 passengers (front passenger seat and 2 rear individual bucket seats) asking us to "adjust" !!! We had to get our 10 year old sit on our lap for the ride to the airport to get there on time as there are no other taxi options available at short notice... - food in restaurant (buffet) mind blowingly hot. Very poor quality cocktails Overall, it was certainly not worth the 30000 Indian rupees paid for a 10 hour pit stop at this hotel. Will certainly be avoiding this hotel in future

Receiption staffs are not aware of how to work. Still cannot understand why they are asking for AADHAAR card then asking for Passport again asking for AADHAAR card. Interior are mainly covered by interior-film, meanwhile they have renovated with the cheapest way.

They given me room where ac was making big noise and I noticed dust coming out. The response from front desk was poor, they send a person to clean when I was in the room. The check in experience was bad. Even though i had booked well in advance, i was told there was not booking on my name. I showed them the proof of booking. Even that didnt help. Finally they agreed. The service at the hotel and the information provided with respect to the food at the hotel was wrong.

Located 15 mins from airport on busy thoroughfare. Traffic noise at front of hotel seemed appreciable louder than back. Restaurant was good quality and tasty Staff friendly and helpful Also close to trade / exhibition venue. Bar venue downstairs Meeting rooms on first floor. It was pleasant stay but only pity thing was CHECK OUT at reception. When I requested check out, they started contacting kitchen and making bill from then... It took 15 mins. Room was quite comfortable and good.

I stayed in room 510 in which the bathtub probably had a leakage or maybe the drainage line could not handle the volume of water. The result was that there was water on the bathroom floor as well as in the room when I came out. Clearly housekeeping needs to do a better pre-check while alloting rooms to the guests.
