Everything is okay except Swimming pool restricted issues. Actually i was stayed 6times of my journey in Novotel Omr, but this time the swimming guard ignored to my Kids, really disappointed..

Best thing about this hotel was the staff. Always willing to help and accomodate. Hotel isnt in the best place however have sound proof, clean rooms and a super comfy bed made my stay excellent. I am a light sleeper and our crew the bar a club on several nights as soon as you got into the lift you could hear absolutely nothing. Would stay again whenever in Chennai.

Find a nicer hotel.

The room was nice with a comfortable chair and a good desk to work at. On multiple occasions hot water was unavailable which made for unpleasant showers. The food and service in restaurant was sub-par at best and several days later I am still sick from either the food or the water in the hotel.
