great hospitality

it was good. Hotel staff are cooperative. When I was feeling uncomfortable health issues, the staff took me to hospital. it was great hospitality.

Worst, it would be better to stay in a lodge......

Worst...Anything superlative than this word if in grammer. coffee Cups in room not clean, Milk powder expired, they charge extra 700 per guest, if guests comes to meet you in room for more than 1/2 an hour, food not served for guest in room. Hotel charged me 2100 INR extra because my friends were just with me for 1hr over a dinner. Thye never mentioned this at the time of booking the hotel, it was only told once I ordered for dinner. Very bad experience, donot recommend to stay.

Does the job.

This hotel does the job. It is in a pretty downbeat and very very dusty area but the hotel itself is fine. Reception staff were ok but did not ooze charm. The room was clean and in fair condition considering the turnover airport hotels have to cope with We ate in the restaurant in the evening and the food was good if quite spicy even by Indian standards. We had a very early flight the next morning and a basic breakfast is available to help yourself even at an unearthly hour. The airport transfer is free one way and efficient. Overall it is probably as good a choice as any for a Chennai airport hotel as long as you aren't hoping to see anything of interest in the noisy and dusty local area.

L'hôtelier m'a conduit dans une autre hôtel, un soit disante filiale, au prétexte que les clés de la chambre que j'avais réservée avaient été perdues par le client précédent. Bizarre. L'hôtel de remplacement était vraiment sâle, aucun confort, ambiance sordide, quartier douteux. Pas de serviettes, ni de savon dans la salle de bain. Clim ne fonctionnant pas. Pas de petit déjeuner le matin, alors que j'avais tout payé d'avance.

Contrat non respecté

L'hôtelier, au lieu de me donner la chambre réservée m'a acheminé vers un autre hôtel (Yashwanth Residency), sale et dont l'hygiène était douteuse. Aucune excuse, aucun remboursement. J'ai été choqué, et ce d'autant plus que l'hôtel était prépayé.

L'HOTELIER NE RESPECTE PAS L'ENGAGEMENT

Il est toujours gênant de devoir émettre des avis négatifs quand il s'agit d'un hôtel situé dans un pays pas encore au même niveau que ceux d'Europe. J'ai récemment réservé dans cet hôtel, mais j'ai été extrêmement déçu. Un chauffeur de l'hôtel Saibala Grand m'a récupéré, comme convenu, à l'aéroport de Chennai la nuit, mais m'a ensuite acheminé vers un autre hébergement, la YASHWANTH RESIDENCE. Il faisait nuit, je n'ai d'abord rien vu, et le chauffeur et son accompagnateur ne m'ont pas dit qu'il s'agissait d'un autre "hôtel" que celui où j'avais réservé. Après quelques minutes, voyant le côté insalubre des lieux, j'ai réalisé l'arnaque et demandé à voir le manager du vrai Saibala. L'hébergement vers lequel on m'avait acheminé était un lieu sâle, à l'hygiène extrêmement douteuse, aucun confort, indigne de ce que propose habituellement hotels.com pour ce niveau de prix. Rien à voir non plus avec ce qu'on voit sur le site web de Saibala Grand Hotel. Une belle arnaque: l'hôtelier n'a rien voulu savoir disant que l'établissement proposé était équivalent à celui pour lequel j'avais fait la réservation. Pas de remboursement de la part de l'hôtelier qui n'a pas respecté la réservation faite par internet, alors que prépayée ! Pour excuse, l'hôtelier a prétexté que le client précédent avait perdu clé de la chambre, celle que je devais occuper. Bizarre qu'il n'ait pas eu de double !! Pourquoi cet hôtel figure-t-il encore sur hotels.com ?

Goede prijs- kwaliteit.

Nieuw hotel 15 km buiten Chennai. 1km van station. Goede service van en naar vlieghaven. Wel een beetje gehorig. Goed restaurant in hotel. Een aanrader als je op doorreis bent.
