Used Ibis before and as a budget a good hotel, breakfast was limited more than other hotels but adequate although find a comfortable place to sit where you weren't constantly knocked by other guests was virtually impossible as it was very cramped

The hotel is clean and well staffed, it is easy to find with good parking, access to major roads in the area is good, the only disappointing point is the lack of a chair in the room, change the plastic box for something that is comfortable.

Ideal for overnight stop over
Ideal budget stop over-night whilst waiting for ferry. Rooms basic, small but adequate, good shower, secure parking. Good location out of city but only 15 mins from ferry port and Cite del la Mere. Huge supermarket 2 mins drive across the road, Macdonalds next door. We ate breakfast at the Ibis budget, good value and ample on offer. We ate in the Ibis next door in evening and good value, good food and 2 very helpful female staff who enabled us to understand menu.

It was easy to find. The staff were kind and helpful and they welcome pets so it was goo for me as I have two dogs.

Clean, modern, friendly & safe
Basic but had good night’s sleep. Good location for evening meals. Mc Donald’s over the road and plenty of other places to eat locally. Needed breakfast the next morning so friendly staff booked us into the ibis next door.

Ibis budget in Cherbourg really is budget
The hotel was efficient, the staff always on hand and very helpful and always spoke good English despite my attempts at French. The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. We hadn't stayed at an Ibis BUDGET before and didn't realise how basic the rooms are. The wash basin is in the room itself, there is no facility for clothes (hanging or drawers) or making a hot drink and there is only 1 pillow and 1 towel each.. I would use it again though.

I have stayed at the ibis budget hotel several times and have always found it clean comfortable and convenient for my needs and will be staying there on more occasions in the future hopefully.

This hotel suited us well as we were only here for one night the rooms were very clean a little small but good for one night only thing against for us was the parking although there was plenty they had allowed the disabled spaces close to the door to be used by motor cycles and as i had two disabled passengers it was awkward but we managed would stay again.

Value for money.
A decent Ibis budget hotel, and used for a one night stopover, enroute to car ferry or going south. Clean and Convenient, the beds were a little creaky, and the mattresses show sign of hollowing wear.

Chambre fonctionnelle: lit au matelas un peu dur (manque un accueil plus moelleux), douche et coin toilettes séparés par un rideau. Espace pour pendre les vêtements mais rien pour poser une valise si ce n’est le sol! Chambre propre. Accueil et personnel très aimables. Petit déjeuner classique sucré salé. Possibilité de dîner à l’Ibis, mitoyen du budget. Parking gratuit. Assez éloigné de la nationale pour être au calme
