"There are a number of restaurants to eat on Kings Hwy. However, there are not any restaurants in walking distance. The condo was nice but it was definitely time to get the furniture cleaned. The shower in the guest bedroom did not properly drain. The windowsills while waiting for the elevator had cob webs and bugs.
Parking garage is definitely tight for parking. "

This property is fantastic!! Communication with the host is easy and quick! House is stocked with everything you’d need and very clean! We stayed with our three small children and loved the property and roominess. Parking lot attached to property! This property is two streets from the beach and an easy 5 minute walk!

Julia was very kind in helping me to get either adjourning rooms. She was unable so she got me rooms next to each other which worked out just fine. Margaret in the dining area was very kind and cordial. She was pleasant and had a sweet spirit . Made sure there was plenty of food for all the hotel guest. "

"We did the 3 bedroom apartment for our stay which came equipped with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, view was amazing. Kitchen had all dishes and cook wear you could need. Was pet friendly which was great for us because we were traveling with a dog. Staff was friendly. The only complaint was the trash at the end of the hall the first few nights was overflowing and smelled horrible. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!"
"We had a great week here July 2025. Nice that there’s a cafe restaurant in the building in case you don’t feel like leaving for food. Not the most perfect, nice place but… the price reflects that. We came for the beach not to sit in our room, and this is right on the beach. Understand that all of the rentals down here are a constant revolving door with little or no time to clean perfectly or make repairs between guests during the busy season no matter where you stay. Take that into consideration before expecting perfection. This place is awesome and the staff are as well. Have a problem or question and they are on top of it. Ive stayed in much more expensive places in the area, and had issues that went unresolved for our entire stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay here. We will be back for sure. "
