"Staff and check-in were great. One of the beds had dirty sheets on them. Booked online for a room with one king bed and two twins, upon arrival it was two queen beds. Double check with "balcony" listings. Parking fee on arrival. Beach access was nice and the pool/bar area was pretty cool."

"We had an amazing stay at this property! The condo was clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was right across from the beach. The host was very kind and quick to reply to our questions. We would definitely stay her again!"

"This house was perfect for our week-long vacation to Myrtle Beach. It is located directly across the street from the beach with unimpeded access. There was a total of 19 people in our party (15 adults/4 teenagers) and there was plenty of room to accommodate all of us in this well-spaced 6-bedroom home that also includes a pool and hot tub. Everything you needed to enjoy the beach and the pool – they had it!The owners were awesome and answered all of my questions prior to making the reservation and leading up to our arrival. The property Manager (Scott) was also great and could be reached at any time when we had questions or needed something. He even provided us with weather updates prior to arrival and throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place and would definitely consider staying again if the opportunity presents itself! All aspects of this property deserve a 5-star rating!!!!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this home! The location was perfect. The pier was only a short walk and the grocery store a short ride. Being on the ocean was so nice, just walk out the door and straight to the beach, no paying to park and no dragging everything across the road to get to the beach. Each room having its own bathroom was also great! Rooms and bathrooms were clean and beds made when we arrived. The house is not so big that you never see each other but not so small that you can't get some time to your self if need be. The 2 living areas were a big plus. The laundry room is outside which is a slight inconvenience but nothing that would deter us from staying again. We did wish that the top balcony was covered because you can't see the beach from the bottom porch but it's too hot to sit on the top balcony without shade during the day. One thing the house lacked were hooks and rails to hang towels and hand towels in the bathrooms, that was a minor inconvenience but something that could easily be fixed. Another thing was that some of the outlets weren't useable because whatever was plugged in would fall right back out as the covers were not quite aligned with the wall and outlet. All in all though, it was a great little house and we had a very nice time and would definitely stay again. Check in was also super simple and easy, as you are given the code to your stay through email and don't have to stop by a realty or anywhere else to get a key. Thanks for having us!!"

"Everything was as described in the VRBO add. The location to the beach was great and the noise from the outside was minimal. However, the noise from the people upstairs walking around was loud and frequent early in the morning and late at night. My family and I would stay again."

"This was a really cute place to stay and an awesome location. There was some confusion with the check in communication, I think the email sent was for a different property at it said to go to a main office and parking deck, which was not at this condo. Once I was Unable to find this, the host did communicate that the check-in was just simply a code sent at the check in time and that parking passes were in the room. The only other issue is there is one AC window unit in bedroom and it stayed pretty warm in living room."

"If you are going down to have a place on the right on the beach for easy access then this is a great place. if you like to sit on you back patio and watch the sun come up, this is not the place. the dunes block your vision of the ocean. But other than that it had great value with the location."
