"Room was clean and quiet."

"Condo was adorable and very conveniently located, literally steps to beach! I was surprised to find a couple small pieces of trash, nothing nasty, just empty Parmesan cheese packets) laying behind the trash can in the room. Upon entering, the lights and tv were on, and for a second I questioned whether the room was already occupied. This could have been customary..The swimming pool and area was really nice and very clean. Parking right at the building. Boulineau’s close by which is a huge plus!I was provided with helpful check-in information prior to my check in, and property owner/manager made themselves easily available if needed. No need though, everything was great! Would definitely stay again, and wouldn’t mind renting year round! "

"Couldn't have asked for better communication from owner . Our family had a great vacation ,the house is easy walking distance to the beach . Fishing from the dock and kayaking were lots of fun. This property has everything you would need for a wonderful vacation ! Look forward to enjoying this property again ! Thank you for sharing your house for others to enjoy and make memories ! "

"The stay was nice and in a great location in Cherry Grove.The only downfall is the 4 flights of stairs. It was a killer to unpack and the repack the car at the end of the stay."

"My family and I had a great time! Plenty of space for a large group and it was so nice having a private pool and hot tub. My parents aren’t able to easily climb stairs, so having an elevator made things so easy for them."

"This property was perfect for my spontaneous getaway weekend. It is perfect for one or two guests and had all the necessities in the kitchen and bath. I loved being near the end of the road and beach. Everything was super clean and the bed was very comfy! I would stay there again. "

"The photos posted of this property are years old. The living room couch is completely different. The two small couches barely sit 4 people. Air hockey table was broken, and the arcade game broken(all very old) The hot tub heat pump was broken, so it was colder than the pool. The living room tv wouldn’t work at all. Broken dryer. Went to sit down on a chair on balcony, arm rest gone, rusty nails left. Dead ants (at least 30) under the glass on top of a dresser. The balcony doors are extremely old, and are a push-pull type, so they get stuck and you have to shove it open. When you shove it open, it gets taken by the wind and slams the other side, then you have to work against the wind to slam it closed. Also a side note just because I wish I would’ve known this- you cannot access the beach easily from this property because of the 10 foot dune covered in shells. You have to walk out to the street and around a hotel to carry all your stuff/kids to access the beach. This place is absolutely not worth the 1000/night that we paid. If the advertised photos would have portrayed this property as it currently appears, I would have chosen somewhere else in a heart beat. Good luck if you choose to stay here!"
