"On February 20, when I made the reservation, I asked if I could please have a 1st floor room. I never received a response. When I checked in last Thursday, Samuel at the front desk, who was very nice, looked up my reservation and said there was a note to charge me $10 per night. I inquired what was the charge for and Samuel told me from switching from a second floor to a first floor. That’s when I looked up my reservation and saw that after I inquired about switching to a first floor room, I never received a response. If they had told me it would be $10 per night. I would’ve said fine, but since they did not, as a matter of principal, I declined and stayed on the second floor. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom shower could use a little work. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly."

"We were across the street from the beach. The condo was very clean and the hostess thought of everything. Down to bandaids and travel dog bowl. Toiletries and all. The location was great close to everything. The pool was clean and inviting. We will book with her again. "

"This property is a hidden jewel. We went with our furbabies and loved the location. (He doesn't charge per dog like others do) It's a condo in a vintage 2 story motel that's completely updated. Zacks is lower level. All units have private owners, we met very friendly residents! It's in the North part of Cherry Grove beach, quiet. Zack provided water and snacks when we checked in, nice touch. This unit is decorated just like I would if it were mine, even provided board/card games. Pool literally out the door, huge for the size of the property. Very comfortable bed, (Queen) 2 tv's, great linens, thick towels. Highly recommend staying here, especially for the rates! Only dislike was a loveseat, not a full sofa to be comfortable on in living area."
